"I needed a tea cozy, anyway," she said bravely.

My first attempt at knitting a non-square, non-rectangular item was supposed to be a hat from a pattern for a 24" head. It turned out to be a pattern full of errors. Anyway, it's a tea cozy now. Actually, It might do me just fine as a tea cozy. I plan to start hat attempt #2 as soon as I figure out how many stitches (less than the 110 in the evil pattern) is the right number to cast on.

I wonder if the first tea cosy ever was meant to be a hat and the glackity pattern was wrong...likewise fingerless gloves..pattern stopped before finger section..
